1.If you have requested an exchange we'll do our best to ship this out to you ASAP!

2. Please email info@coralblack.com with your order number and the name of items you want to return for an exchange or store credit.

3. Please ensure all of the items are still in their original condition, unworn with the hygiene sticker and swing tag still attached. We will not accept any damaged or worn items.

4. Send your parcel back to us with the address we provide you. Please be aware that we are not responsible for return costs or lost parcels.

5. To avoid this, please provide us with a tracking number when you post your parcel back.

​

6. Items can be exchanged within 20 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

 

7. This does not includes sale items, all sale items are considered final sale.
